What To Expect

During the first FREE telephone consultation we will talk about your child and any concerns that you may have. We will gain as much information as possible in order to decide what the best course of action would be.

If we decide that an ASSESSMENT is required, we will then send you a form to fill out, which asks in more detail about different areas of your child’s development.

We will make arrangements to carry out the assessment in an environment that best suits your child.

The assessment can take up to two sessions, depending on the nature of your concerns and your child’s ability to concentrate for any period of time.

You will always be given verbal feedback, and the option of a formal written report.

Once we have a clear picture of your child’s strengths and needs, we will suggest support and intervention that has been proven to be successful in….

You and your child may be offered a number of INTERVENTION options:

  • Weekly individual one-to-one sessions carried out in our rooms, your child’s school or at home.
  • Small group sessions
  • Consultative sessions with you and your child, or school, carried out as frequent as is necessary.
